Graham Cracker Turkey Cookie

This recipe has been in my family since I was old enough to hold a cookie. My mother and I used to make these every Thanksgiving, and it has been one of my favorite family baking traditions. Now that I have kiddos who are old enough, I am so happy to be sharing this with them! They really enjoyed making these little turkeys, and I can’t wait to see you share them with your family too!

  • Honey Graham Crackers
  • Jumbo Marshmallows
  • Frosting
  • Candy Corn
  • Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies

How To Make Turkey Cookies

  1. Carefully break each graham cracker in half, so you get two in one
  2. Spread frosting over graham crackers
  3. Take a marshmallow and lay it, non-flat edge down
  4. Spread frosting on one end of the marshmallow and stick a cookie, stripes going vertical, onto the back of the marshmallow
  5. Add frosting to candy corn and place on the opposite end, pointed side down, of the marshmallow

Note- you can use the original fudge stripe cookies with the chocolate, which is my go-to. Or give these maple ones a try for a fun change!

  1. Spread frosting over graham cracker.

2. Lay the marshmallow on the curved side onto a graham cracker.

3. Spread frosting onto the back of the marshmallow and place the cookie, vertically, onto the back.

4. Put frosting on candy corn and adhere to the front of the cookie, point down; lots of licking and test tasting ensures perfection!
