What I love most about falltime is all the delicious drinks that come back around. But white chocolate mocha with salted caramel cold foam is my new absolute favorite.

It blends the sweetness of the white chocolate and salted caramel, with the warmth of the espresso and the cinnamon adds an extra bit of spice to the whole drink!

I also love that this drink is easily made at home! Comment down below and let me know what fall drink is your favorite!

Drink Recipe Ingredients

  • Espresso- My coffee maker/espresso maker is on sale for $40 off!!
  • White Chocolate Sauce- You can find it online or Walmart also carries it
  • Milk of Choice- I choose oat milk for personal reasons
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Heavy Cream
  • Cinnamon

Why Heavy Cream?

Heavy cream is way thicker and the perfect choice when making cold foam. It also holds its shape longer, whereas alternative milk will thin out very quickly. Plus, it’s delicious!

How To Make White Chocolate Mocha with Salted Caramel Cold Foam

  1. Add white chocolate sauce to pulled espresso; stir together
  2. Add ice to the glass and pour the espresso mixture over it
  3. Add milk of choice to the glass, and drizzle white chocolate sauce on top
  4. Add heavy cream and salted caramel syrup to a glass and froth with a hand mixer for 30-45 seconds till thick, but still liquidy
  5. Pour over coffee and drizzle caramel sauce on top
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!

This drink is perfect to transition us to the fall. Can be made hot or iced, but tastes way better iced! For hot, just steam the milk!

Here’s my recipe for homemade coffee creamer– Enjoy!

How To Enjoy This Beverage

Enjoy it over ice in a pretty, or spooky glass. Mine is from Target, but I found a few similar ones for you on Amazon.

Or enjoy it hot with steamed milk, poured into your favorite falltime mug!

How To Use Cold Foam

Cold foam is used most on top of iced beverages. It adds an extra amount of creaminess and flavor to your favorite drink. Here are my favorite tools I use to make delicious cold foam:

Expert Tips

  • Use a pretty glass! Makes the drink taste 10X better
  • I prefer to use espresso in this drink, but you could also do it with drip coffee, or cold brew
  • Using sauce instead of syrup for the white chocolate and caramel in this recipe adds a richer flavor as opposed to using syrup
  • Froth your heavy cream for closer to 45 seconds for the best consistency
What flavors can you use?

It calls for salted caramel, but you can use whatever flavor calls to you. Lavender, vanilla, toffee nut, and almond are a few that would work really well.

What is the key ingredient in this coffee drink?

The white chocolate sauce is definitely the winner here. But the added sprinkle of cinnamon helps too!

Is it cheaper to make your own?

This depends on the brand of espresso pods you normally like to buy, but yes. You can buy all the ingredients for cheap which means you can make this drink multiple times without having to leave your home. It is worth it completely.
