Decision Process

We decided that we wanted to share some amazing finds with you all, but none of us could afford Nordstrom prices (this was all inspired by the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale), so Target was a no brainer!! Each of us chose a day to go and find our 5 favorite pieces, or in my case, 6. When that was done, we would each do try-ons and share all the details you would want to know, like pricing and sizing. Then it was time to shop!

Shopping

When I was preparing to find my items, I knew I wanted a fall-inspired look. It’s hot here in Tucson, so I was simply willing the cool, fall weather into existence. I had already picked up the accessory, so it was only a matter of finding the outfit that revolved around that adorable piece. Once I got to Target, I found my items right away!!

  • Floppy Hat
  • Jeans
  • Cardigan
  • Top
  • Shoes

The shoes had been at the top of my wish list for months and finally, I had a good enough reason to pick them up!! I can’t wait to share a bit more about each piece with you, so stay tuned! Also, leave me a comment down below letting me know your favorite!! Let’s do this…

Comfy Tanks

Piece #1: Tanks

My sweet husband was so proud of himself one day when he got to pick up some new clothes for himself!! Except, they were too small, so I got to keep them!! A win for me. These tanks come 4 in a pack and are the BEST cut. I love how comfortable they are, and they wash up great. Two black and two greys come in the pack and you can find them in the men’s section. Thanks, Hanes (and my honey)!! Here are a couple of other really cute tanks that are super adorable and affordable.

Cute Jeans

Piece #2: Comfy Jeans

A good pair of jeans is such a crucial part of anyone’s wardrobe. If you’re a busy mom, chic businesswoman or just running errands, jeans can be so versatile! I fell in love the minute I slipped these on. These are the perfect wash, with minimal distressing detail at the ankle. They are high rise which helps keep my mommy tummy tucked away and they are stretchy. Another tip is I would size up, as they were a bit snug when I first tried them on. I am so happy I snagged these beauties. They also come in a few different colors, so there is something for everyone! I’ve found a few other jeans as well for you to check out.

Comfy Tee

Piece #3: Free Flowing Top

A really important thing to me when clothes shopping if my comfort level. I gave up trying to squeeze into tight clothing once I had my daughter, and I’m not going back! When I went into Target looking for a cute top to go with my outfit, I LOVED this style the second I saw it and might have to go back for the other colors. It is loose-fitting, such a great cut with the swooping base and washes up well. I went with my normal size, large and think it fits great!! Here are some really fun alternatives for you lovelies to check out!

The Best Cardigan

Piece 4: Cardigan

Living in Tucson, it actually gets pretty chilly during the fall + winter seasons, so cardigans are the perfect solution. No need for heavy jackets, but cute sweaters are a yes! Last year my color was mustard yellow, but this year I’m really loving rust!! This cardigan was calling my name and I love how soft and lightweight it is. I found a few other sweaters that caught my eye too!

Floppy Hat

Piece 5: Floppy Hat

I have always wanted a cute, floppy hat but never had a reason to get one. This was the first piece I chose, and I’m so happy I did because the whole outfit revolved around this one piece. A good statement hat is such a fun addition to anyone’s closet. Here are a couple of other fun ones I found for you as well.

Leopard Heels

Piece 6: Leopard Heels

These heels had been on my wish list for about 4 months, and I was biding my time until I could get them. My plan was to wait till they went on sale, but what better time to splurge, then when I am doing a collab!! I absolutely love the leopard print and how it elegantly wraps around my ankle. They aren’t too high which makes them super comfortable and I love that. Here are a couple of other pairs that I am loving and will probably own when the season is over.

There you go!! I really enjoyed sharing my top 6 favorite pieces from Target, and it’s officially gotten me in the mood for all the fall clothing!! If you want more fashion posts, I’ve got a couple for you like when I did my Spring Capsule Recipes or my 5 Staple Pieces. I love finding budget-friendly pieces for you lovelies and hope you enjoyed my Target Anniversary Sale finds.
