This is officially our second full-length summer season here in Arizona, and let me start by saying the heat is no joke. But we have officially begun to embrace the heat and find ways to enjoy it, instead of dreading it. One of the most frequent activities we take advantage of, besides the pool, is heating up the BBQ, and enjoying cookouts with family and friends. Granted, it’s a lot fewer people with everything that’s been going on with Lady ‘Rona, but we’re still loving our summer in the old pueblo. One of the tastiest meals would have to be seafood. Not a lot of people enjoy it, my mom blows up like a balloon if she ever has any, but it is one of my favorites.
