When it comes to what’s in my gym bag, the answer is different for everyone. Depending on what essentials you may need, it can look different for many people. The best bag is one that you enjoy using and serves all your must-have items.
I used to attend a large gym in Reno, but with most everything else in my life, I quit and never went back. At the time I didn’t see the need for one. But for some reason, I held onto it, and now that I am attending SPENGA Tucson, I was very happy I still had it.
Do you attend a gym? What do you keep in your gym bag? Let me know down below your must-have essentials.

- Dry shampoo
- Brush
- Deoderant
- Body Spray
- Migraine medicine
- Verb bars
- Fizz Sticks
- Liquid IV
- Chap stick
- Change of clothes
I’d love to know what’s in yours. Comment down below letting me know.
The Best Bag For You
This is a tough question because there are so many options out there.
For me, I need two cup holders, a space for shoes and lots of room inside. My current bag is from Target about 8 or 9 years ago, so I went ahead and found a very similar one.
It also needs to be cute enough if I need to travel with it or take it inside a store. I can’t be walking around with an ugly bag, ladies.

I went ahead and found similar items for you so that you can start putting together your gym bag essentials.
